December 2, 1961 (Birth) - December 2, 1962: Houston TX. (My parents were in the process of moving from Salt Lake City, UT to Houston when I was born. My mother went into labor as she was supervising the unloading of the moving van. My father was still finishing up last minute business in Salt Lake City.)

December 2, 1962 - December 2, 1963: Chattanooga TN.

December 2, 1963 - December 2, 1966: Houston TX (again).

December 2, 1966 - December 2, 1967: Edina MN.

(Yes, it is true, all those moves above really did occur on my birthday, December 2.)

December 2, 1967 - July 1, 1979: Minnetonka MN.

July 1, 1979 - September 1, 1980: Sewickley PA.

September 1, 1980 - July 1, 1984: Pittsburgh PA. (Lived in an assortment of apartments and dormitories while attending college.)

July 1, 1984 - October 2, 1995: Kenner LA. (First in my parents house (for about a month), then in my own apartment, then on September 22, 1987, I bought a condo...)

October 2, 1995 - ...: New Orleans LA (Da Big Easy, Da Crescent City, Nawlins', etc.)
